Norwegian Client Advisor – Lisbon

About the role

We are seeking a Norwegian‑speaking Client Advisor to join our Lisbon office and support retail and private clients of a leading global financial services firm. You will be the first point of contact for client enquiries, guiding them through onboarding, transactions and product usage while ensuring a high‑quality experience.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to inbound client enquiries in Norwegian and English via phone, email and chat.
• Provide product and service guidance, including account queries, payments, basic investment information and platform navigation.
• Support client onboarding and KYC processes, verifying documentation and compliance.
• Process transactional requests such as deposits, withdrawals, transfers and basic securities operations.
• Escalate complex or compliance‑related cases to specialist teams promptly.
• Maintain accurate client records and case notes in internal systems.
• Collaborate with Operations, Compliance and Product teams to improve processes.
• Contribute to Norwegian language support materials and FAQs.

Required profile

• Fluent in Norwegian (written and spoken) and strong English communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Finance, Business, Languages or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in client service, retail banking, investment platforms or financial services.
• Customer‑focused mindset with excellent attention to detail.
• Familiarity with KYC/AML requirements is desirable.
• Ability to work on‑site in Lisbon and collaborate in a multicultural team.
• Flexibility to support extended service hours as needed.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems.
• Experience using case‑management software.
• Strong IT literacy, including Microsoft Office.
