Non-Process Order Specialist (Italian) – Lisbon

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Non‑Process Order Specialist to join our Lisbon office. The role focuses on managing orders that fall outside of standard processing flows and requires fluency in Italian and English.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, verify and enter non‑process orders into the company system.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve order issues quickly.
• Communicate order details and timelines clearly to clients.
• Work with logistics and supply‑chain departments to ensure smooth fulfillment.
• Identify and suggest improvements to increase order‑handling efficiency.
• Generate and analyse performance reports on order management.
• Maintain compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• Fluent in Italian and proficient in English, both written and spoken.
• Previous experience in order management or a related field is highly desirable.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational abilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment.
