Network Support Specialist (Hybrid) – Lisbon

About the role

We are looking for a Network Support Specialist to join our international technology project in Lisbon. The role is hybrid and involves providing technical assistance to business customers in French, German or Italian.

Key responsibilities

• Provide phone, email and ticket‑based technical support to business customers.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot network and connectivity incidents, including TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, VLANs, switching and Wi‑Fi.
• Perform remote diagnostics, identify root causes and resolve issues in customer production environments.
• Manage support tickets, prioritize incidents and follow cases through to resolution.
• Escalate complex problems to specialized technical teams when needed.
• Document incidents accurately and keep customers informed.
• Collaborate with internal support and engineering teams.

Required profile

• Native‑level proficiency in French, German or Italian and English at C1 level.
• Practical experience in network troubleshooting or technical support.
• Ability to handle technical tickets, escalations and explain troubleshooting processes with concrete examples.
• Strong analytical, communication and customer‑service skills.
• Experience in a fast‑paced technical environment; hospitality‑technology background is a plus.
