Network Management Consultant

About the role

The Network Management Consultant will act as the primary liaison between our provider network and internal departments, ensuring timely resolution of complex provider issues. This 12‑month contract position is based in San Juan, PR, with a hybrid work schedule that includes several days on‑site each week.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the point of contact for internal teams regarding provider concerns that affect satisfaction.
• Research, analyze, and resolve complex provider disputes, billing questions, and policy interpretations.
• Coordinate claim resolutions by communicating directly with providers and the claims department.
• Conduct periodic on‑site visits to providers as needed.
• Assist providers with demographic updates and verify payments against contractual terms.
• Identify utilization patterns and report findings that impact service quality.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum three years of customer‑service experience, preferably in a healthcare or provider‑relations environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication, problem‑solving, and analytical abilities.

Required skills

• Experience with a case‑management or CRM platform; Salesforce experience is strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with an enterprise content‑management system; OnBase experience is strongly preferred.
• High accuracy in data entry and document handling.
