.NET Developer – Build Microservices on Azure

About the role

We are looking for a .NET Developer to join our Porto team, focusing on building modern, cloud‑native applications. You will work on micro‑service architectures, RESTful and gRPC APIs, and help drive best‑practice engineering across the product lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain applications using .NET (6/7/8 preferred).
• Design and implement microservices‑based architectures.
• Build RESTful APIs and gRPC services.
• Work with Docker containers and orchestrate them with Kubernetes.
• Integrate solutions with Azure services such as App Services, Functions and Service Bus.
• Ensure clean code, automated testing and CI/CD pipelines.
• Collaborate with DevOps, QA and product teams.
• Contribute to technical decisions and architectural evolution.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience with .NET/C#.
• Strong background in ASP.NET Core and API development.
• Experience with microservices, Docker and Kubernetes.
• Proficiency with Azure cloud services.
• Hands‑on experience with CI/CD tools such as Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions.
• Familiarity with SQL and NoSQL databases and messaging systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ).
• Agile methodology experience.
• Fluent English and good teamwork communication.
