Murex Regulatory Developer (Hybrid, Porto)

About the role

We are looking for a Murex Regulatory Developer to join our Agile team in Porto. You will help deliver, enhance and support a Murex‑based regulatory platform, ensuring it meets the evolving needs of the business and regulators.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain regulatory solutions built on the Murex software suite.
• Execute prioritized maintenance tasks and strategic project work in close collaboration with the delivery team.
• Provide regular status updates and guarantee high‑quality releases.
• Share technical knowledge and mentor teammates to raise overall capability.
• Continuously improve development processes, tooling and automated testing.

Required profile

• Higher education with demonstrable software‑development experience.
• Hands‑on experience with Murex components such as Datamart, MSL and Exchange MXML.
• Proficiency in shell scripting, Oracle SQL and PL/SQL.
• Strong knowledge of XSLT, XSL, XML and HTML.
• Experience with SOAP services, Python and Git.
