Modern Workplace Manager – Nearshore Sector

About the role

We are seeking an employee‑centric Modern Workplace Manager to champion the digital and physical IT experience for our staff. Reporting directly to the CIO, you will lead strategy and operations for the digital and local work environment, focusing on end‑user computing, device fleets and collaboration platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and mentor sub‑teams responsible for Service Desk, onsite support engineers and endpoint administrators to achieve high customer satisfaction.
• Elevate local physical IT support across office locations, implementing white‑glove support and walk‑up tech bars.
• Oversee the full lifecycle of the global device fleet, standardising hardware specifications, procurement and refresh cycles.
• Partner with the Asset Manager to redesign inventory tracking and asset tagging using ServiceNow ITAM.
• Manage Google Workspace as the primary IdP and configure Entra ID as the federation bridge to Azure, GitHub and Microsoft ecosystems.

Required profile

• 6‑8+ years of IT experience with at least 3 years leading on‑prem support, digital workplace or end‑user computing teams.
• Proven track record modernising physical IT support services and managing enterprise device fleets.
• Strong user‑centric mindset with a focus on high CSAT and rapid resolution SLA performance.
• Full professional fluency in English (written and spoken).
