Mobile Developer (iOS/Android)

About the role

AdvanceWorks is seeking an experienced Mobile Developer to join its high‑impact enterprise team. You will work on native iOS and/or Android applications, contributing to their evolution, maintenance and performance while collaborating in an Agile environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, maintain and enhance native mobile applications for iOS and Android.
• Implement new features based on functional and technical specifications.
• Participate in technical discussions with internal teams and external partners.
• Ensure code quality, performance, scalability and adherence to mobile best practices.
• Collaborate with QA, UX/UI and product teams throughout the development lifecycle.
• Troubleshoot, fix bugs and optimise application performance.
• Take part in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, estimations and planning activities.
• Support real‑world testing and validation when required.
• Investigate root causes of issues and propose actionable improvements.

Required profile

• Proven experience developing native mobile applications for iOS and/or Android.
• Passion for mobile technologies, software architecture, performance and user experience.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and a proactive attitude.
• Comfortable working in Agile, collaborative teams.
