Mid-Level QA Engineer – Manual Testing

About the role

We are seeking a Mid-Level QA Engineer with around three years of experience in manual testing. You will work on a variety of web and mobile applications, collaborating closely with developers, product owners, and clients to ensure high‑quality software throughout the development lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Design, execute and maintain manual test cases based on business and functional requirements.
• Perform functional, regression, exploratory, integration and end‑to‑end testing.
• Identify, document and track defects, communicating clearly with development teams.
• Review requirements and user stories to spot risks, edge cases and missing scenarios.
• Validate APIs using Postman and conduct basic database validations with SQL.
• Support release validation and production verification activities.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes and testing practices.
• Adapt quickly to new client projects, products and business domains.

Required profile

• Approximately 3 years of experience in manual software testing.
• Professional proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
• Experience testing web applications; mobile testing is a plus.
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail and ability to work independently in a remote‑friendly environment.

Required skills

• Manual testing of web applications.
• API testing with Postman (or similar tools).
• Basic SQL for data validation.
• Familiarity with at least one automation framework such as Playwright, Cypress or Selenium.
