Microsoft 365 & Azure Security Expert

About the role

Testo is seeking a Microsoft 365 & Azure (Security) Expert to strengthen its cloud security and identity management. In this key position you will design, implement and maintain secure identity and access solutions across Microsoft environments while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Configure and manage Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), implement Conditional Access, MFA and Zero Trust principles, and oversee privileged identity governance.
• Deploy, operate and tune Microsoft Sentinel for SIEM and threat detection, monitor incidents and conduct proactive risk assessments.
• Design secure integrations between M365, Azure services and third‑party systems, and support automation using PowerShell and Graph API.
• Optionally govern Power Platform lifecycle changes to maintain quality and security.
• Collaborate with IT Services, CMS and global teams to align security and compliance initiatives.

Required profile

• Degree in Computer Science, IT, Cybersecurity or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience with Microsoft cloud technologies, focusing on Azure security and Microsoft 365.
• Strong analytical thinking, proactive attitude and ability to work in an international environment.
• Very good written and spoken English.
• Experience with identity governance, SIEM operations and automation scripting.
