Marketing Solutions Coordinator

About the role

Join the Solutions Marketing team to shape safer, more efficient, and reliable operations worldwide. You will own Anova’s external communications strategy, coordinating product launches, events, PR activities and go‑to‑market campaigns while leveraging AI to streamline workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Own and run the external communications calendar, coordinating product launches, events, PR activities and go‑to‑market campaigns.
• Ensure brand content is placed in the right channels, trade publications and events on schedule.
• Work with the PR agency to create content, schedule and secure interviews, features and media opportunities.
• Maintain consistent messaging across all media and act as the guardian of a single clear Anova story.
• Leverage AI and large‑language‑model tools to automate the calendar, optimise workflows and scale messaging.
• Partner with Solutions Marketing Specialists, Sales, Product and Vertical Market Directors to align external communications with business priorities.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in communications, content operations, PR or marketing coordination, preferably in B2B industrial or technical product environments.
• Proven ability to launch new initiatives such as clubs, events or products and reflect on the experience.
• Hands‑on fluency with AI and LLM tools, with evidence of using them to automate meaningful tasks.
• Willingness to work a hybrid schedule, combining remote work with occasional office days.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
