Marketing Manager – Payments & Fintech

About the role

We are seeking a Marketing Manager to lead the strategy and execution for our flagship payment processing brand, Centrobill. You will join a small, fast‑moving team that values autonomy and results over process.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement the marketing strategy for Centrobill and other assigned brands.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for brand stakeholders, guiding strategic conversations and scope management.
• Coordinate internal teams and external partners to ensure high‑quality deliverables on schedule.
• Track key performance indicators, produce regular reports, and hold contributors accountable.
• Manage compliance and risk considerations specific to payments marketing, including claims review and regulatory language.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in marketing management, client project services, or account leadership.
• Hands‑on experience marketing payment platforms, PSPs, or payment gateways, with solid knowledge of merchant acquiring, chargebacks, and compliance.
• Proven ability to build marketing strategies, set priorities, define KPIs, and create roadmaps aligned with business goals.
• Comfortable owning a budget and reporting on it independently.
• Experience handling multiple brands or client accounts simultaneously.
• Strong client‑facing communication skills and a problem‑solver mindset.
