Market Maker Engineer – Sports Trading & Real-Time Systems

About the role

We are looking for a Market Maker Engineer to build and scale the technology that powers liquidity across global sports exchanges. You will work at the intersection of sports, trading and real‑time systems, delivering high‑performance infrastructure that processes fast‑moving data and executes orders across multiple platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and scale market‑making systems handling high‑frequency sports data.
• Optimize execution latency, reliability and overall system performance.
• Build and maintain distributed systems and real‑time data pipelines.
• Collaborate closely with odds‑feed and betting API teams to ensure seamless integration.
• Take ownership of features in a fast‑moving, high‑growth environment.

Required profile

• 2+ years of backend engineering experience.
• Passion for solving complex technical challenges.
• Proactive attitude with the ability to work autonomously.
• Clear communication skills and constructive feedback mindset.
• Desire to learn quickly and make a tangible impact.
