Market Maker Engineer – Real-Time Sports Trading

About the role

We are looking for a Market Maker Engineer to design, build and scale high‑performance systems that power liquidity across global sports exchanges. You will work at the intersection of sports, technology and trading, delivering low‑latency infrastructure that processes real‑time data and executes orders across multiple platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Design and scale market‑making systems that handle high‑frequency data streams.
• Optimize execution latency, reliability and overall system performance.
• Develop and maintain distributed systems and real‑time data pipelines.
• Collaborate closely with odds‑feed and betting API teams to ensure seamless integration.
• Take ownership of features in a fast‑moving, high‑growth environment.

Required profile

• 2+ years of backend engineering experience.
• Passion for solving complex technical challenges.
• Self‑starter who thrives with autonomy and ownership.
• Clear communicator who can constructively challenge ideas.
• Motivation to work hard, learn quickly and make a tangible impact.
