Manufacturing Supervisor – Night Shift (10pm‑6am)

About the role

Supervise all assembly and packing operations within a manufacturing cell on the night shift (10 pm‑6 am), ensuring compliance with manufacturing, quality and regulatory standards. The role drives customer satisfaction through high‑quality output, cost efficiency and a safe work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead assembly and packing activities, addressing associate, material and equipment issues.
• Maintain minimal absenteeism in line with Baxter policies and coordinate cross‑training for staff.
• Monitor process performance, quality targets and implement code changes.
• Drive continuous improvement, scrap reduction and cost‑saving initiatives.
• Document production data manually or electronically to meet specifications.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field with 1‑3 years manufacturing experience.
• At least one year of supervisory experience in an FDA‑regulated environment (preferred).
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Strong knowledge of Baxter specifications, procedures and manufacturing processes.
• Familiarity with GMP‑QSRs, OSHA, BHEST, SPEC, SOP and HR policies.
