About the role

The Manager SCM Continuous Improvement & Governance will lead the design, implementation and scaling of process optimisation initiatives across the Product Supply organisation. Reporting to senior supply‑chain leadership, the role will drive standardisation, digitalisation and transformation to enhance efficiency, customer experience and overall performance.

Key responsibilities

  • Analyse, develop and refine end‑to‑end supply‑chain processes, services and operational plans to deliver measurable business impact.
  • Design and implement process standardisation, harmonisation and automation solutions.
  • Manage both on‑demand and strategic improvement projects, prioritising initiatives based on value, cost and timeline.
  • Conduct variance analysis, use data to identify improvement opportunities and present fact‑based recommendations.
  • Lead medium‑ to large‑scale projects, applying strong process and technical expertise while ensuring quality, cost and schedule targets.
  • Utilise project control tools to plan, schedule and track progress, and support internal control processes.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, perform analysis, resolve issues and propose options.
  • Enable change management by designing prototype tools and working with cross‑functional teams to operationalise solutions.
  • Co‑lead master‑data process analysis, propose improvements and drive successful implementation.
  • Develop communication packages to present findings, recommendations and solutions.
  • Support the creation of continuous‑improvement frameworks and promote agile ways of working.
  • Contribute to a continuous‑improvement mindset within the Adidas culture and help develop related training programmes.

Required profile

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in supply‑chain, process improvement or related fields.
  • Proven ability to lead complex projects and deliver sustainable results.
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience in data‑driven decision making.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
  • Innovative, hands‑on and strategic thinker motivated to drive change.
