Manager, Purchase to Pay Center of Excellence

About the role

As a Manager in the Purchase to Pay (PTP) Center of Excellence, you will support the Leader of Accounts Payable and drive key optimisation and automation initiatives across the EMENA region. You will work closely with the central CoE team in Germany while coordinating activities with an external Shared Service Center.

Key responsibilities

• Define business and technical requirements for PTP process optimisation and automation.
• Implement and support Vendor Invoice Management (VIM) solutions such as xFlow and OpenText for SAP.
• Coordinate PTP activities of the external Shared Service Center for the LIXIL EMENA region.
• Identify functional issues, harmonisation opportunities and create documentation and work instructions for the BPO provider.
• Design and optimise PTP processes and solutions.
• Prepare and analyse monthly performance evaluations for country organisations.
• Work independently while collaborating with the central CoE team across EMENA.

Required profile

• Apprenticeship or bachelor’s degree in economics, finance or accounting.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a comparable PTP role (e.g., SSC, finance operations, process consulting).
• Strong communication skills, team orientation and a structured, self‑directed work style.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Enjoyment of a highly international work environment.

Required skills

• SAP (MM/FI) knowledge.
• Experience with Vendor Invoice Management tools such as xFlow or OpenText.
• Familiarity with ARIBA or similar PTP platforms.
• Solid understanding of digital tools for process innovation.
