Manager, Centre of Insight and Analytics

About the role

DSV is driving a digital transformation across its global finance function. The Centre of Insight and Analytics (CIA) is looking for a Manager to lead a team of analysts and developers in delivering business intelligence solutions that support this change.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders, analysts and developers to define, scope and prioritize BI user stories and epics.
• Manage project timelines, risks and issues to ensure on‑time delivery of high‑quality deliverables.
• Communicate progress and status to stakeholders and executive management.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation and align the team with project goals.
• Identify and implement process improvements within the BI delivery workflow.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in technical delivery or project management within BI.
• Proven experience managing a team of experts and Agile projects (Scrum, Kanban).
• Strong interpersonal, leadership and communication skills in English.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with relational SQL databases.
• Knowledge of Analysis Services and Power BI.
• Understanding of data warehousing, ETL processes and data‑visualisation tools.
• Familiarity with the Microsoft BI stack (Azure, MS Dynamics).
• Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
