Manager, Center of Excellence – Purchase to Pay

About the role

As a Manager in the Center of Excellence for Purchase to Pay, you will support the Leader of Accounts Payable and drive key initiatives across the EMENA region. You will work independently while collaborating closely with the central CoE team in Germany, ensuring process optimisation and automation in the PTP landscape.

Key responsibilities

• Define business and technical requirements for process optimisation and automation in the Accounts Payable area.
• Implement and support Vendor Invoice Management solutions such as xFlow and OpenText for SAP.
• Coordinate and manage PTP activities of the external Shared Service Center for the LIXIL EMENA region.
• Identify functional and process‑related issues, propose harmonisation, and create documentation and work instructions for the BPO provider.
• Design new processes and optimise existing PTP solutions.
• Prepare and analyse monthly performance evaluations for country organisations.
• Collaborate with the central CoE team in Germany and other regional stakeholders.

Required profile

• Apprenticeship or bachelor’s degree in economics, finance or accounting.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a comparable PTP role (SSC, finance operations, process consulting).
• Willingness to dive deep into technical topics and strong communication skills.
• Passion for innovation and a structured, self‑directed work style.
• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.
• Enjoyment of working in a highly international environment.
