Manager, Center of Excellence – Purchase to Pay

About the role

As a Manager in the Center of Excellence for Purchase to Pay, you will support the Leader of Accounts Payable within the Finance & Accounting CoE and drive key initiatives across the EMENA region. You will work independently while collaborating closely with the central CoE team in Germany.

Key responsibilities

• Define business and technical requirements for process optimisation and automation in the Accounts Payable (PTP) area.
• Implement and support Vendor Invoice Management solutions such as xFlow and OpenText for SAP.
• Coordinate PTP activities of the external Shared Service Center for the LIXIL EMENA region.
• Identify functional and process‑related issues, propose harmonisation, and create documentation and work instructions for the BPO provider.
• Implement new processes and optimise existing PTP solutions.
• Prepare and analyse monthly performance evaluations for country organisations.

Required profile

• Apprenticeship or bachelor’s degree in economics, finance or accounting.
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in a comparable PTP role (SSC, finance operations, process consulting).
• Strong analytical mindset, ability to work independently and collaboratively across a regional scope.
• Excellent written and spoken English; additional languages are a plus.

Required skills

• Vendor Invoice Management (VIM) tools – xFlow, OpenText.
• SAP modules – MM, FI.
• Purchase to Pay platforms – Ariba.
