Management Internship – Overhead Controlling & Reporting

About the role

This extracurricular internship offers you the chance to support and learn about overhead controlling and reporting within a multinational environment. You will work closely with the finance team on day‑to‑day activities and participate in forecasting cycles.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and improve the overhead cost controlling dashboard.
• Prepare monthly reports and month‑end closing documents.
• Assist in the invoicing and firewall processes.
• Support the maintenance of cost centers in SAP.
• Update work instructions and contribute to process enhancements.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Management, Economics, Accounting or a related field.
• Fluent in English (minimum B1 level).
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Proactive attitude and ability to work independently.

Required skills

• Power BI (plus).
• Data processing tools such as Power Query and SQL (plus).
• Basic knowledge of SAP cost‑center maintenance.
