Maintenance Engineer – Electronics/Electrotechnical/Mechatronics

About the role

We are looking for a qualified Maintenance Engineer with a background in Electronics, Electrotechnical or Mechatronics to join our international manufacturing network. You will work on complex equipment, diagnose faults, and drive continuous improvement across production sites.

Key responsibilities

• Perform fault diagnosis and troubleshooting on complex breakdowns.
• Execute preventive maintenance according to standards and anticipate potential issues.
• Identify, propose and implement improvement measures in daily work.
• Analyse statistical data to validate equipment optimisation measures.
• Participate in continuous‑improvement projects with multidisciplinary teams.
• Design spare and wear parts as needed.
• Collaborate closely with production and engineering teams, including international industrialisation partners.

Required profile

• Degree or Master in Electronics, Electrotechnical, Mechatronics or a related field.
• Experience or academic background in robotics and automation.
• Strong knowledge of electrical circuits and ability to read electrical diagrams.
• High sense of responsibility, good communication skills and willingness to travel globally.
