Machine Learning Engineer (Lisbon)

About the role

We are seeking a passionate Machine Learning Engineer to join our Lisbon team. You will work on cutting‑edge AI solutions, building models and data pipelines that power data‑driven products for global brands.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models and end‑to‑end data pipelines.
• Collaborate with data engineers, data scientists, and product owners to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Optimize model performance through algorithm selection, feature engineering, and hyper‑parameter tuning.
• Implement production‑ready ML solutions, monitor model health, and ensure scalability.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation and promote best practices within an Agile environment.
• Stay current with the latest advances in AI, ML, and data engineering.

Required profile

• Professional experience in machine learning engineering, data science, or software engineering.
• Proficiency in Python and common ML libraries.
• Familiarity with MLOps concepts and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and clear communication in English.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or equivalent experience.
• Eligibility to work in Portugal.
