Logistics Planner – Automotive Industry

About the role

We are looking for a Logistics Planner to design and implement logistic concepts for latch assemblies and window regulators in an automotive production environment. You will work across the product lifecycle from acquisition to start of production, ensuring efficient material flow and cost‑effective packaging solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Create and implement logistic concepts for plant and batch production of latch assemblies and window regulators.
• Develop alternative concepts in collaboration with quality, manufacturing, plant planning, IT and headquarters, aligned with customer specifications.
• Design supplier packaging concepts that meet quality, cost and material flow expectations.
• Facilitate Value Stream Mapping workshops using Lean methods and total cost of ownership analysis.
• Partner with customers to design, evaluate and implement finished‑good packaging and freight concepts.
• Calculate and budget costs for program launches and design changes.

Required profile

• Degree in Industrial Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of logistics experience, preferably in the automotive industry.
• Fluent English communication skills.
