Logistics Manager for Complex Data Centre Projects

About the role

TSL is seeking an experienced Logistics Manager to join its project delivery team. You will lead site logistics for high‑profile data centre construction projects across Europe, ensuring safe, efficient and on‑time execution.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement the Project Logistics Execution Plan (LEP) aligned with construction sequencing and milestones.
• Plan and coordinate site access, delivery routes, traffic management, crane locations, lifting strategies, lay‑down areas, welfare facilities and temporary works.
• Collaborate with Construction Managers, Design teams and Temporary Works Coordinators to optimise site flow.
• Manage logistics for generators, chillers, transformers, switchgear, prefabricated modules, structural steel, CSA materials and other sensitive equipment.
• Coordinate just‑in‑time deliveries and align schedules with Procurement and project readiness.
• Monitor and adjust logistics plans to support safe and efficient project delivery.

Required profile

• Proven experience in logistics management within construction or large‑scale infrastructure projects.
• Strong understanding of data centre construction logistics and technical equipment handling.
• Ability to work closely with multidisciplinary teams including Project Directors, Construction Managers and EHS.
• Excellent organisational and problem‑solving skills with a focus on safety and efficiency.
