Logistics Lead – Warehouse & Road

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Logistics Lead to manage warehouse and road transportation operations across multiple regions. You will ensure safe, compliant, and cost‑effective logistics while driving continuous improvement and strong performance from third‑party partners.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate warehouse and road transport activities, meeting OTIF, lead‑time and cost‑to‑serve targets.
• Manage third‑party warehouses and logistics service providers through KPIs, reviews and governance.
• Maintain inventory quality, safety and compliance at external locations.
• Own logistics data and continuously improve the Global Logistics Visibility tool.
• Standardise logistics processes across inbound, outbound and inter‑site flows.
• Ensure compliance with local and international transport, customs and trade regulations.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Service, Finance and Supply Chain teams as a subject‑matter expert.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of logistics experience, including management of service providers and multi‑site/ country operations.
• Background in a regulated industry such as chemicals, oil & gas, food or similar.
• Strong knowledge of international freight, customs and trade compliance.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Logistics or Supply Chain Management.
