Link Building Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Link Building Specialist to join our remote SEO team. In this data‑driven role you will execute outreach‑focused campaigns that acquire high‑quality backlinks and directly improve client search performance.

Key responsibilities

• Research and identify relevant prospects and websites for outreach campaigns.
• Qualify websites to ensure alignment with client SEO strategies.
• Execute outreach processes and generate link‑building opportunities.
• Onboard new websites into internal systems and outreach workflows.
• Upload and maintain accurate data in email tools, Google Sheets and internal dashboards.
• Respond to campaign‑related communications and support operational coordination.
• Ensure consistency and accuracy in data tracking and reporting across all SEO activities.

Required profile

• Strong written English communication skills.
• Experience using G‑Suite tools (Google Sheets, Docs, etc.).
• Familiarity with SEO tools such as Ahrefs or similar platforms.
• Ability to follow structured processes and step‑by‑step instructions with precision.
• Reliable computer, stable internet connection, headset and microphone for remote collaboration.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Capacity to manage high‑volume, repetitive, metrics‑driven tasks effectively.
