Legal Operations Associate

About the role

This remote position supports contract management by organizing, maintaining, and analysing legal information within modern legal‑operations platforms. You will work at the intersection of law, data and technology, helping to improve contract workflows and operational efficiency for an international team.

Key responsibilities

• Input, update and maintain contract data in CLM platforms.
• Review, organise and track key contract terms, deadlines and compliance requirements.
• Prepare reports, summaries and insights from contract data to aid business and legal decisions.
• Collaborate with legal and operations teams to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
• Communicate with Mandarin‑speaking stakeholders to clarify contract information.
• Support administrative processes related to contract management and legal‑operations initiatives.
• Contribute to workflow improvement by leveraging technology and data‑management best practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Legal Studies, Business Administration or a related field.
• 1‑2 years of experience in legal operations, paralegal work or similar roles.
• Fluency in Mandarin and English (written and spoken).
• Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Self‑motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.
