Legal Counsel – Tech & Procurement

About the role

Sodexo Business Services in Portugal is seeking a Legal Counsel to support its Global Legal Tech and Procurement function. You will work on a variety of contracts with a major TDDI supplier, providing legal and commercial guidance across the group and local markets.

Key responsibilities

• Provide legal and commercial advice on contracts with the TDDI supplier.
• Draft, negotiate and review TDDI‑related agreements at the group level.
• Assist local teams with contract implementation and risk assessment.
• Serve as the primary contact for contractual and regulatory queries related to the supplier.
• Offer preliminary advice on potential legal disputes.
• Support contract management for various agreement types (MSA, LSA, SOW, OF) with differing complexity.

Required profile

• Law degree or equivalent qualification.
• Qualified EU lawyer with 2‑5 years of experience in IT and outsourcing contracts.
• Strong knowledge of contract law, commercial law and relevant regulations, including GDPR.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
