Legal Counsel

About the role

Quadrante is seeking a Legal Counsel to provide comprehensive legal support across its global operations. You will work directly with the Group’s companies, ensuring legal compliance and contributing to strategic corporate initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Provide day‑to‑day legal advice to the Group’s subsidiaries.
• Support corporate transactions, including company incorporations and restructurings.
• Draft and review corporate documents such as minutes, resolutions, powers of attorney, shareholders’ agreements, and other legal instruments.
• Oversee corporate governance processes and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory obligations.
• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements, service contracts, NDAs, and related documents.
• Advise on GDPR matters, draft privacy policies, data processing agreements, and handle data‑subject requests.
• Monitor legislative and regulatory developments and assess their impact on the Group.
• Support and monitor judicial and pre‑litigation proceedings.
• Assist with anti‑corruption compliance, reporting, and related documentation.
