Learning Specialist – Hybrid, Porto

About the role

We are seeking a Learning Specialist to design and deliver engaging learning experiences for new and seasoned associates at our Porto site. The role combines classroom instruction, on‑floor mentoring and one‑to‑one coaching to ensure teams meet client and organisational standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, adapt and deliver training programs for agents and first‑line supervisors on new products, services, selling techniques and system updates.
• Track and analyse agent performance data to evaluate training effectiveness.
• Recommend and implement improvements to existing learning curricula.
• Maintain accurate training records, trackers and reporting tools.
• Participate in company engagement initiatives to promote a positive work culture.

Required profile

• Native or proficient English; additional languages are a plus.
• EU citizenship or valid work permit for Portugal; willing to work on‑site in Porto (hybrid model, 9 am‑6 pm).
• College degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, technical support, coaching or mentoring within a fast‑paced contact‑center environment.
• Strong organisational, time‑management and communication abilities.

Required skills

• Microsoft Office suite – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
• Experience with Learning Management System (LMS) platforms.
