Learning & Development Trainee

About the role

We are seeking a Learning & Development Trainee to support our L&D team in delivering training solutions that enable our global workforce to grow and perform. The role is ideal for a recent graduate or final‑year student eager to gain hands‑on experience in instructional design, training delivery and learning technology within a leading CDMO.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in learning needs analysis, training design and effectiveness measurement.
• Create training materials, modules and e‑learning content in collaboration with subject‑matter experts.
• Maintain the Learning Management System by uploading courses, tracking learner progress and generating reports.
• Provide basic troubleshooting and learner support for technical issues.
• Collect and analyse feedback to contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Participate in L&D projects and governance activities under supervision.

Required profile

• Recent graduate or final‑year student in Education, Instructional Design, Learning Technologies, Organizational Development or a related field.
• Strong interest in Learning & Development and a willingness to learn.
• Good communication, organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Fluency in English.

Required skills

• Basic proficiency with MS Office tools.
• Familiarity with Learning Management Systems or e‑learning authoring tools (a plus).
