About the role

Lead a remote team of researchers who identify key‑people data for life‑science initiatives, ensuring compliance and quality while driving process and technology improvements.

Key responsibilities

• Lead a team of around 30+ researchers, guiding their daily activities and ensuring high‑quality data output.
• Implement impactful quality and efficiency projects to improve data production processes.
• Build a dynamic, proactive, and high‑performing team culture focused on engagement and fun.
• Own your team’s key performance indicators and overall performance metrics.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to automate processes and integrate technology solutions.
• Escalate all risks and incidents early and clearly to maintain compliance.
• Foster a positive team environment that emphasizes high engagement, excellent quality, and enjoyment.

Required profile

• Hold a university degree in a business‑related field such as business administration, industrial engineering, information systems, operations, or supply‑chain management.
• Demonstrated knowledge in business process design, management, and optimization.
• Minimum of one year of relevant work experience.
• Proficient with spreadsheets for data analysis and reporting.
• Comfortable working remotely within an international, multicultural environment.
