Lawyer & Legal Product Builder

About the role

Bridge IN is looking for a Lawyer & Legal Product Builder to join its remote‑first team. You will combine traditional legal expertise with a technology mindset to deliver high‑impact legal services to customers and help turn that expertise into scalable product features.

Key responsibilities

• Provide employment, commercial, corporate, compliance and data‑protection advice to internal teams and external customers.
• Collaborate with product and engineering to translate legal requirements into automated, repeatable playbooks and software features.
• Draft, review and negotiate contracts, policies and regulatory documents across Portugal, Spain, Italy and future jurisdictions.
• Own the legal knowledge base, ensuring it stays up‑to‑date and is codified for product use.
• Support the company’s expansion by assessing legal risks of new markets and services.

Required profile

• Mid‑to‑senior level experience as a lawyer, preferably in a law‑firm or in‑house setting.
• Strong background in employment law, commercial contracts, corporate & compliance, and data protection.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work autonomously and think like an owner.
• Willingness to travel occasionally to Lisbon or Porto for on‑site activities.
