Launch Program Analyst – Full‑time Role

About the role

The Launch Program Analyst is a full-time position that immerses new graduates in Red Ventures’ culture, business model and data-driven decision making. After an intensive cohort-based onboarding, you will join a functional team to work on measurable projects that impact the company’s growth.

Key responsibilities

• Translate ambiguous business challenges into clear, testable projects and drive them from hypothesis to recommendation.
• Extract, manipulate and validate data from raw sources, build analytical models and surface growth opportunities.
• Leverage AI tools such as generative AI and machine learning to create innovative solutions.
• Present insights and recommendations to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.

Required profile

• Graduating December 2026 or Summer 2027 with a degree in business, engineering, data analytics, mathematics, statistics, computer science or related field.
• Strong analytical mindset, entrepreneurial spirit and bias toward action.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate within a fast‑paced, performance‑driven environment.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel for data extraction and visualization.
• SQL, Databricks and Tableau for data manipulation and reporting.
• Python for building analytical models.
• Experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Copilot or Claude.
