Key Account Manager – Smoke-Free Products

About the role

Join PMI’s fast‑moving Smoke‑Free division as a Key Account Manager. You will shape long‑term partnerships with central customers, driving growth across multiple product categories while contributing to the company’s vision of a smoke‑free world.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and nurture forward‑looking partnerships with assigned centralized customers.
• Develop and negotiate business solutions that improve market share, volume, availability and visibility.
• Translate the long‑term vision for the KA channel into annual plans for each customer.
• Co‑create value‑adding solutions based on deep knowledge of customers’ business and PMI’s smoke‑free strategy.
• Lead multi‑year commercial planning (3+ years) and execute sophisticated multicategory initiatives.
• Drive business‑plan deployment, continuously optimizing key performance indicators.
• Identify emerging market opportunities and expand into new customers and channels.

Required profile

• Degree in Business, Economics or Marketing; MBA or Master’s degree is a plus.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Key Account Management, preferably in FMCG.
• Strong financial acumen and proven track record of delivering business results.
• Comfortable leading change and collaborating across functions.
• Fluent in Portuguese (native) and English.
• Legal right to work in Portugal.
