Key Account Director / FX Sales Director

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Key Account Director / FX Sales Director to join Ebury’s Porto office. In this senior sales position you will drive new‑business acquisition and deepen relationships with large corporate clients, promoting Ebury’s suite of foreign‑exchange and cash‑management solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new corporate prospects with annual turnover of £50 M+.
• Sell cash‑management, FX‑hedging and international payment products.
• Analyse clients’ treasury, budgeting and risk‑management needs to propose tailored solutions.
• Maintain ongoing client contact, record activities in Salesforce and deliver high‑quality service.
• Collaborate with internal product and operations teams to ensure seamless delivery.

Required profile

• Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas in the FX or treasury‑services market.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills, comfortable engaging C‑suite executives.
• Ability to build long‑term commercial relationships and generate referrals.
• Fluent Portuguese and English.

Required skills

• Salesforce CRM proficiency.
