Junior Quality Tester (Hybrid) – Lisbon

About the role

We are looking for a Junior Quality Tester to join our Quality Management team in Lisbon. The role is hybrid, allowing you to work both from our office and remotely while contributing to the delivery of high‑quality software solutions for our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Create test cases based on requirements and design documents.
• Perform manual testing of software applications.
• Identify bugs and log them using the appropriate test/defect management tool.
• Produce detailed bug reports with screenshots and step‑by‑step reproduction steps.
• Use test and defect management tools throughout the testing lifecycle.
• Participate in project meetings as needed.
• Follow project testing standards, policies, and procedures.
• Communicate findings effectively with stakeholders and escalate issues when required.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Minimum 6 months of professional experience in functional testing.
• Ability to design, plan and execute functional test cases independently.
• Experience with test and defect management tools and reporting.
• Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
