Junior Quality Tester (Hybrid, Lisbon)

About the role

We are seeking a Junior Quality Tester to join Noesis’ Quality Management team in Lisbon. The role is hybrid, allowing you to work both on‑site and remotely while contributing to the delivery of high‑quality software applications.

Key responsibilities

• Create test cases based on requirements and design documents.
• Execute manual functional testing of software applications.
• Identify, log and track bugs using test and defect management tools.
• Produce detailed bug reports with screenshots and step‑by‑step reproduction steps.
• Participate in project meetings and communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with testing policies, criteria, strategy and procedures.
• Escalate issues to appropriate levels when necessary.

Required profile

• Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• At least 6 months of professional experience in functional testing.
• Ability to design, plan and execute functional tests independently.
• Good written and spoken English communication skills.
• Strong planning, organization and communication abilities.
