Junior Project Manager

About the role

Tieto Iberia is seeking a proactive Junior Project Manager to lead IT projects from planning through execution. You will ensure projects align with business objectives, timelines, and budgets while collaborating with cross‑functional teams and clients.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and monitor project lifecycles, defining schedules and allocating resources.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks, resolving issues promptly.
• Manage project scope, documentation, and cost tracking to support profitability.
• Communicate progress and status to stakeholders, ensuring transparency.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Management, or a related field (preferred).
• Approximately 2 years of experience managing IT projects.
• Strong organizational abilities and capacity to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
• Advanced Portuguese and professional English proficiency.

Required skills

• Project Management methodologies (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Agile) – considered a plus.
