Junior Project Manager

About the role

Neotalent Conclusion is seeking a Junior Project Manager to join its agile squads. You will act as a facilitator and enabler, helping multidisciplinary teams adopt and continuously improve Agile practices while delivering consistent value.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies (stand‑ups, retrospectives, planning) and ensure they follow best practices.
• Support teams in adopting and refining Agile methodologies.
• Identify, raise and help remove impediments and manage cross‑team dependencies.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement using metrics, insights and observations.
• Define, implement and follow up on improvement actions.
• Track performance indicators and assist teams in analysing delivery outcomes.

Required profile

• Previous experience in an Agile Project Management or similar role.
• Proven ability to facilitate Agile ceremonies and work with multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong problem‑solving skills to identify and resolve impediments.
• Comfortable using data and metrics to drive improvement.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Fluency in English is valued.
