Junior Project Manager – French Speaker (Hybrid, Lisbon)

About the role

We are looking for a Junior Project Manager who is fluent in French and English to join our Lisbon office on a hybrid basis. You will support the PMO function of a fast‑growing software development company, handling both project coordination and administrative duties.

Key responsibilities

• Assist senior managers in planning, tracking and reporting project progress.
• Maintain project documentation, schedules and budgets using MS Office tools.
• Prepare and analyse dashboards, optionally using Power BI.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams and ensure timely delivery of deliverables.
• Handle legal and contractual paperwork related to project execution.
• Prioritise tasks, manage multiple work streams and adapt to changing requirements.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Project Manager or PMO.
• Fluent in French and English (mandatory).
• Strong organisational, proactive and rigorous work style.
• Ability to work autonomously while collaborating with an international team.
• Basic legal knowledge relevant to project administration.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Experience with Power BI is a plus.
