Junior IT Helpdesk – French Speaking (Remote, Portugal)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Junior IT Helpdesk professional who is a native French speaker to provide first‑line technical support in a remote setting for our clients in Portugal. You will join a multicultural team and contribute to the digital transformation projects of an international group.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to user incidents and service requests via phone, email or ticketing system.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software and network issues.
• Escalate complex problems to senior engineers while keeping users informed.
• Document solutions and maintain knowledge base articles.
• Participate in occasional on‑site events or meetings in Portugal (up to three times per year).

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Networks, Systems or a related field.
• Native French speaker.
• Proficient in English or Portuguese.
• Previous experience in an IT Helpdesk or similar support role.
• Strong ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies.
• Availability to work remotely from Portugal.
