Junior Implementation Consultant – Supply Chain SaaS

About the role

Allec, the SaaS technology division of e3 Consulting, is seeking a Junior Implementation Consultant to join its Implementation Team. This entry‑level position is ideal for a final‑year student or recent graduate who wants to work directly with customers to adopt a modern supply‑chain platform.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in customer meetings to understand business processes and operational needs.
• Configure the platform to match each customer’s requirements, including inventory, product, and warehouse data.
• Prepare, validate, and organize implementation data and perform functional testing before deployments.
• Support training sessions, create user guides, and provide post‑Go‑Live assistance.
• Track project activities and ensure implementation milestones stay on schedule.

Required profile

• Final‑year student or recent graduate in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Information Systems, Supply Chain, Operations Management or a related field.
• Fully bilingual in English and Spanish with strong communication and presentation skills.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
