Junior IFS MWM / Clevest Developer (Hybrid, Porto)

About the role

KCS IT is looking for a motivated Junior Developer to join its team in Porto on a hybrid basis. You will work on enterprise platforms, integrations and mobile workforce solutions, gaining exposure to IFS MWM and Clevest technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain backend and/or frontend components for client projects.
• Design, implement and test REST APIs and system integrations.
• Work with relational databases, write SQL queries and support Oracle environments when needed.
• Collaborate with multicultural teams, using Git/GitHub for version control.
• Assist in low‑code platform configuration and scripting tasks.

Required profile

• Basic experience or academic background in backend and/or frontend development.
• Interest in enterprise platforms, integrations and mobile workforce solutions.
• Good communication skills and fluency in English (spoken and written).
• Problem‑solving mindset and willingness to work in a hybrid environment.

Required skills

• SQL and relational databases (Oracle is a plus).
• REST APIs, JSON and XML.
• Git and GitHub.
• Low‑code platforms and scripting.
• Familiarity with IFS MWM / Clevest platforms (preferred).
• Experience with API testing tools such as Postman or Swagger (preferred).
