Junior French Speaking Customer Support Representative

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Junior French Speaking Customer Support Representative to join our on‑site team in Braga. You will be the first point of contact for French‑speaking customers, handling inquiries via phone, email and chat while ensuring a friendly and professional experience.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries through multiple channels in a courteous manner.
• Provide product information, assist with order issues and address general questions.
• Resolve customer concerns promptly and escalate complex cases when needed.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the CRM system.

Required profile

• Fluency in French at C2 level and solid English communication skills (B2 or higher).
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and empathy for customers.
• Flexibility to work Monday‑Friday rotational shifts (07:00 – 17:30).
• Availability to work on‑site in Braga.

• Experience with a CRM system.
