Junior Civil Engineer – Urban Infrastructures

About the role

Quadrante’s Buildings Business Unit is seeking a Junior Civil Engineer to join its Urban Infrastructures division in Lisbon. You will work on a variety of national and international projects, supporting the design and delivery of sustainable urban infrastructure solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Assist senior engineers in designing technical solutions for urban infrastructure, ensuring compliance with regulations and guidelines.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimise designs considering technical, economic and environmental factors.
• Manage assigned tasks effectively to meet project deadlines.
• Support the development and improvement of tools, methodologies and work processes.
• Stay up‑to‑date with industry trends, best practices and emerging technologies.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• Strong work capacity and ability to adapt to different project typologies.
• Good communication skills and a collaborative team spirit.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of Autodesk Civil 3D (preferred).
