About the role
As a Java Tech Lead you will head the technical team delivering a banking‑sector solution, actively participating in the redesign of the client interface and overseeing document‑processing application development.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the development team and enforce best‑practice coding standards.
- Redesign the client‑facing interface and supervise related application development.
- Manage document‑processing workflows and ensure high‑quality delivery.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of professional Java development experience.
- Fluent English; French is a plus.
Required skills
- Java programming language.
- Relational databases: Oracle and/or SQL Server.
- Containers: Docker and Kubernetes.
- DevOps tools: Jenkins, SonarQube, BitBucket/Git.
- Spring framework.
