Italian-speaking Customer Support Representative

About the role

We are looking for an Italian‑speaking Customer Support Representative to join a leading Outsourcing/BPO company in Lisbon. The role involves handling customer inquiries via email and chat, ensuring a high‑quality experience for advertisers using digital advertising products.

Key responsibilities

• Identify opportunities to improve service quality and user experience from day one.
• Manage end‑to‑end product troubleshooting and support cases across email and chat channels.
• Own each query, collaborating with Product Operations and Engineering to resolve technical and product‑related issues.
• Maintain strong customer satisfaction by delivering timely updates and meeting service level commitments.
• Partner with internal experts to educate advertisers on product features, best practices, and common issues.

Required profile

• Native or fluent Italian (C2) and fluent English (minimum B2).
• Experience in paid campaign management.
• Degree in Marketing or a related field.
• Background in digital marketing and contact‑center environments, preferably within the Ad Tech industry.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and basic understanding of digital advertising.
• Ability to work 24/7 shift rotation, both independently and as part of a team.
