Italian Client Advisor in Lisbon

About the role

We are looking for an Italian‑speaking Client Advisor to join a fast‑growing customer experience team in Lisbon. You will provide high‑quality support to Italian customers through phone, email and chat, ensuring their issues are resolved quickly and their experience is exceptional.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound enquiries in Italian via phone, email and chat.
• Assist customers with account queries, product information, activations, modifications and cancellations.
• Advise on product features, eligibility and requirements to match the right solution.
• Identify upsell and cross‑sell opportunities while prioritising customer needs.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM and internal systems, including interaction notes and follow‑ups.
• Resolve complaints with empathy, own the case and escalate when necessary.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Meet individual and team KPIs for quality, efficiency and satisfaction.
• Share customer feedback and suggest process improvements.

Required profile

• Native or C2‑level Italian (spoken and written).
• English at B2 level or higher.
• 1–2 years of experience in customer service or client support.
• Strong communication, interpersonal skills and a customer‑first mindset.
• Ability to work accurately under pressure and manage multiple enquiries.
• Eligibility to work in Portugal and ability to commute to the Lisbon office.

Required skills

• Familiarity with CRM systems.
